We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Include your order number and reason for return in your communication.
3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all included accessories.
5. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
• For payments made via PayPal, refunds typically appear faster (3-7 business days).
• If your refund is rejected, you will receive an email explaining the reason.

Return Shipping

For defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products with damaged or missing serial numbers
• Products that have been used and show signs of wear or damage
• Products that have been crashed or physically damaged due to user error
• Downloadable software products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Warranty

The Beast Drone SG909 Max comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
